3. Credits

To follow. Planned: Credits are a balance for unlocking individual chapters. They are not legal tender, not transferable and not redeemable for cash. A chapter costs between 30 and 50 credits depending on its length; the first chapter of a book is free. Chapters are unlocked in order.

4. Subscriptions

To follow. Planned: the Blush, Desire and Devotion tiers, what each includes, term and cancellation, renewal, what happens to credits on cancellation. Handling, billing and cancellation run through the App Store.

5. Prices and Payment

To follow. The prices that apply at any given time are shown in the App Store.

6. Right of Withdrawal

To follow. Planned: withdrawal instructions and the early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content after express consent.

7. Content and Age Rating

Intimacy is aimed exclusively at adults. The content is rated 18 and over. Passing the account or the content on to minors is prohibited.

8. Rights of Use

To follow. Planned: a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of private use; no resale, no reproduction, no making available to the public.
